Our Blackspeare Initiative aims to celebrate and acknowledge that black art is just as classical & renowned as Shakespeare - and deserves to be celebrated as such. Through our Blackspeare initiative, we aim to create celebrate all forms of Black art, & provide a platform for artists to showcase their many talents. Through strategic & high impact partnerships - we look forward to collaborating with many to achieve our goal of acknowledging Black as Classical.

Our Boss Initiative provides artists with the knowledge & earning power necessary to turn their passion into a career. “According to a comprehensive study that examined 2,408,501 performers, as low as 2% of actors are able to make a living out of acting.” (Backstage 2024) With the vast majority of actors experiencing significant periods of unemployment. With your support, we can actively give artists a better chance to succeed long term in their careers, and support them in becoming their own Boss.

Our BLACK Initiative is a scholarship fund intended to connect earth's mightiest heroes in a space where their dreams can be planted, and a path towards discovery can be found. Through meetings, applications, and outreach - at the conclusion of our BLACK initiative we aim to award 3-5 hero’s and bridge the gap between them and their dreams.

Our Empower The Youth Initiative aims to collaborate with local theatre's, & other organizations to create a fund/plan that allows our local Youth to attend shows for free. Through our Empower The Youth initiative, we can make theatre more accessible to our youth - and therefore inspire, educate, and empower them to change the world today.
